Service Delivery Manager - £40k, Bingley, West Yorkshire - near to Bradford and Leeds (inbetween)
Our client is a leading software organisation with a superb working environment, benefits, great team and strong pay, who have teams of circa 20 Service Delivery people serving public sector and business clients across the UK, Europe and occasionally US.
1st line is done by the clients themselves - the service is on 2nd and 3rd line work in particular, as well as other areas of service delivery to the clients. This role is focused on the client relationship building, delivering an amazing Service to clients due to the huge increase in large clients the firm has experienced in the last few years.
The firm offer a flexible working, 35 hour week - they only do 9-5 support, so there are no shift patterns or weekends. They have a friendly atmosphere and proactively look to help and assist staff to get promoted internally into more senior roles - and constantly review salaries etc.
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager ideally within IT, Telecoms or similar - you will have great experience of managing customer SLAs, quality assurance, ensuring a quality product is delivered to clients, products are fit for purpose on release, roll out to clients works very well, delivering to targets, motivating a team and ensuring great quality service to the client base - with strong communication skills and be hands on - good documentation skills etc.
You will likely have at least several years in an SDM position or similar and be keen to keep your career moving forwards - looking to achieve excellence in Service Delivery.
