The position has been created due to a number of client wins, a recent acquisition and a high-level of internal investment into the team.

The ideal person will have a number of years of experience in Reward & Executive Compensation consulting with either a Big 4 or leading Advisory firm, be confident pitching to clients and contributing towards some Business Development aspects, and happy to train and mentor juniors within the team.
