HR/Payroll Associate - £25k+Bingley
Our client is a leading software organisation with a superb working environment, benefits, great team and strong pay, who has an experienced team of people who serve the public sector and business clients across the UK, Europe and occasionally the US.
The business is currently seeking an individual who can preform a dual role - Part-Time Bookkeeping / Part-Time HR Assistant. Bookkeeping duties would include assisting the current accounts department with payroll processing and other day to day tasks. Whilst the HR duties will include preforming HR generalist work such as administration of healthcare schemes, calculating holiday entitlements and scope for involvement in staff surveys and appraisals.
The firm offer a flexible working, 35 hour week - they have a friendly atmosphere and proactively look to help and assist staff to get promoted internally into more senior roles - and constantly review salaries etc.
You will likely have preformed a similar role or both roles individually in past positions in a similar business sector and be keen to keep your career moving forwards - looking to achieve excellence.
